​Welcome to Enfuego Kitchen

We are a family owned Business that started out very simple. My Mother would cut up Roasted Green Chile and place them in a bowl that our family would eat with most meals. As I  grew older I decided it was time to try to put that HOME MADE FRESH FLAVOR into a Container. What we do here at Enfuego Kitchen is exactly that. We bring our customer a Hand Crafted Product that comes from Fire Roasted Peppers and Fresh ingredients. We cold pack our product and bring it to you fresh weekly.
